So, I'm doing Matador Models 1/76 scale Holt 75 for "The Other Guys" group build.
I intend to make it a British army vehicle, pulling a 8" howitzer. But as I've taken up studying full time again, there is little time over for the Holt. Luckily, I've got a whole year to finish it.
Doesn't look like much at the moment. I'm thinking of rebuilding the entire track and suspension unit (is that what you'd call it?).
Will you be scratchbuilding the limber for the howitzer, or do you have one?
I haven't decided yet. If anyone have a set of plans or good photos showing the limber, I'll probably scratch build it. Otherwise I'll have to do without.
Wow! Thanks a bunch, Charlie! That manual will come in handy.
In other news, I've received my ordered 8" howitzer from Strelets, as well as train brakesmen and decals from W^D Models that I intend to use for the Holt. The driver should be good for a Holt, yes?
