Is Modell Trans in business?

Hi all.

I have been trying to contact with Modell Trans via e-mail since three days ago and they have not answered me. Because itīs the first time I try to do it, is it usual in this producer/vendor or not? Is it in business or in vacation?
Any suggestion/idea?

I'm not the person to whom Mr. Modell Trans send his holiday application form to, but I've read that it is perfectly normal for him not to answer some e-mails because of him a) having a strong anti-spam filter and b) Modell Trans being a part-time business.
