Very interesting photos and genuinely public spirited to scan and post them in order like this. But boy, do I hate that stereoscope - it scrambles my brain!

As noted a great set of images. Thanks for posting the link. As the site author notes, it is not usual to view such a relaxed early group of Military subjects particularly from the other side. Good also that they migrated after the War otherwise it would be highly unlikely they would have survived the second round. Censorship doesn't seem to be a problem either. Look forward to seeing more of the stereo images however I agree that the animated gif version is not a preferred option. Rod

I wonder if the gif with the stereo image wouldn't be better if the "cycle" would be shorter, like a frame of a movie, instead of two separate slides on a slideshow as here. Maybe it would appear blurry... Well, nothing's ferpect!
I posted the link on the vague hope that some manufacturer of small scale figures would feel inspired and...

There's a kickstarter for scanning the whole thing and making an album with 160 images. Some higher tier rewards include a stereograph viewer with reels of images.
