Does Landships II have any copyright on the content from Landships, its just that Patriot Files is still displaying whole pages with no credits etc. Just thought I would let people know

Probably not - we didn't have explicit permission from Peter Kempf to set up Landships II since Peter has been incommunicado for a number of years.

Our concern was to save the content since the hosting arrangement for the original Landships wasn't stable long term.

I know Patriot files still has original Landships pages without permission but:

- the guy who runs Patriotfiles is an arrogant dickhead, forcing removal is going to be a major exercise.

- the traffic Patriotfiles gets is so tiny so it's probably not worth going after the content since no one is looking at it.

I second what Charlie said, especially the bit about the bloke being a knobhead.

If he posts any of the new content, well, that is unquestionably protected by copyright.
