Lancia Ansaldo IZ Armored Car Question

Hello,

I am working on the Sparta 1/35th WWI Lancia Ansaldo IZ Armored Car kit.  I am ready to paint the interior.  Does anyone know if the interior color should be white/off white or did they leave them bare steel?  I appreciate any information or guidance you can provide.

I would say white is ok.
