Would appear so assuming you believe Wikipedia en.wikipedia.org/wiki/24_cm_Kanone_M._16 Although it states only two guns were used and they also saw service during WW2.  So yes it is certainly usable.  Pretty hefty price though.

MGM have released a 1/72 24cm Gun M16.

Image is from Tracks and Troops, where it is available to buy.

My question is: is this a WW1 gun?

Wikipedia does actually get it right as their information is from Michal Prasil's Skoda Heavy Guns.

Yes it was but only 2 were delivered during WW1. The guns were built by Skoda on the same carriage as the 38cm howitzer.
