WIP - Gallipoli, British Army mountain gun and Renault FT radio Tank WW1-WW2
Although we have put a lot of focus into getting all the new 20mmZone models into production, we still have some EWM projects making progress. Here are some of them. A small selection of WIP projects from EWM and 20mmZone.
The British Army Screw gun dismantled and carried on mules with 4 Muleteers. The weapon is designed to be mounted on the open backed Mules and the Muleteers come in 2 poses leading the animals. Here a picture of the gun put together. Crew is one the way. Suitable for WW1 to WW2 campaigns, middle and Far East, Syria and East Africa. The whole will be £8.50 and available soon.
Some of the First allied miniatures for Gallipoli. Classic Lancaster Fusiliers and others as depicted in reference pictures of the time boarding ships leaving for the Med and the hell that was Gallipoli. Suitable for British Middle East 1916-1918 campaigns. More will follow, these are some of the first I have been working on. They will expand into an even larger WW1 range covering middle east and Western front theatres from 1914 1918.
Renault FT Radio command Tank. First introduced in 1917 and still seeing service in 1940. Come with a commander wearing French style Face armour. The various gun and MG caring FTs will also follow very soon. Prototype casting with all round views. Figure included in pack.

The mountain gunners look great, and my great grandad was a mountain gunner at Gallipoli - however missed out one vital aspect, the barrel wouldn't be carried on a mule complete, it would be in two pieces hence the 'screw gun' name, as the entire barrel was too heavy to be carried by one mule. Have the manual for the 10 pdr and photos as to how it was carried if that is of use
The ammunition panniers should also be flat sided, they were leather panniers, also the 10 pdr was out of service by mid-WW1 so long out of date by WW2. Happy to send over all reference details I have for mountain guns
