I just saw on the Braille Scale forum of Missing Lynx that Master Box is going to release a 1?72 Mk. I Male and Female tank form the Somme, 1916. If this happens this will make the Airfix kit obsolete. I differently will buy two!

Master Box? Fingers crossed then, because Master Box seems to produce good kits - judging by pics at least.

I can see I will be going broke and expanding my already too big collection of kits!

Great news had a quick look at PDAs links and it looks very good, slide mould I think on some components means more rivetswink  the obvious defect with the Airfix WW1 Tank seem to have been addressed, still if you want a MKII...... Airfix I think is the only contender. Maybe a MKV next? or even a Schneider?

Put me down for at least two...

hmm... it seems to have good detail were my plans exist, which then tails off to Airfix levels were my plans are unclear or unfinished. I would say they are based on Wayne's card models. If they had asked I might have helped them avoid a few of the minor mistakes on the kit.

A thank you would have been nice... but can't complain to much as a better kit of an actual MK1 is an improvement on the Airfix MK2 hybrid.

Guess I must finish my airfix kit before everyone gets this one!

We've all been waiting a long time for a good quality, accurate, injection moulded MK.I let's hope this lives up to the expectation... if it does a MK.IV and MK.V would be nice!
