Greetings and Salutations.

I know there's several other posts relating to this vehicle here on landships, but try as I have, I've been unable to secure any more information.... the ever elusive "scale drawing" that I so desperately seek has yet to be posted. I'm wondering if anyone else has a set of drawings that would suffice... I'm not fussy on the scale the drawing is in, If it's a "scaled" drawing then it can be converted to 1:35th with little effort.... I just cant seem to find the sodding drawing to start with! I've attached (with any luck) a few random images that I've managed to source from the net... Mr Google is your friend!

Heeeeeeeelp!

Hi David,

Not sure if this is much help, but, if you are unable to find plans of the Killen Strait, then maybe look for scale drawings of the tractors it's parts were taken from. You would at least have something scale you could use to work the rest out from.

I've attached Hubert Cance's drawings which I downloaded from God-knows-where years ago... Unfortunately there are no dimensions given. However, I've also attached his Mother drawings which were drawn to the same scale and appear to have been scanned at the same resolution, so by printing them all out at the same dpi, knowing Mother's dimensions should give you an indication for the Killen-Strait.

And here are some images sent me by Tim Rigsby years ago I'd not even realised I had until checking just now!

G'day folks.

Thank you VERY much for all your input, it's given me more information than I started with, I love the idea of scaling up the drawings, that makes perfect sense to me! The images you've provided are wonderful. You've just gotta love this digital age... post a question one day.... replies from the other side of the world the next morning! Outstanding! Thanks heaps... Now... Give me some time and I'll post some progress images.. going to the photocopier now.

Regards.
