Does anyone remember the Pegasus 1939 Polish Lancers, that would have passed for WWI French? There was a master on the Panzer46 sit at one time, but it's vanished.

Strelets's Honved cavalry should be ready any day now.

I have the set, it's not bad at all though I'm not so keen on the horses. I'm probably asking a lot but a source of smaller horses standing or walking would go well with the figures which are decent.

Of course in terms of good quality cavalry figures there are the two W^D sets www.wdmodels.com/page3.htm and did I hear mention of French cavalry, well there's a good idea!
