What is it with French companies, do they not want are custom here in the UK it seams that way, cos every time I try to get kits, which have been payed for I have to wait months for them! one I am still waiting for from last June. I have sent numerous e-mails which seam to fall on deaf ears so can any of are French colleagues tell us why this is?????

I thought you was speaking about small resin producers like Des, Blitz, Blast or others. Usually they are very serious even if they could have production problems sometimes
Regarding shops, it is sometime very different.
Azimut is well (bad!) known for this problem, many french modellers complain about on the french language forums. In fact the best (even not the only) way is to send a phone call to ensure the models you want to order are avaliable in the shop BEFORE ordering.
Tonryshop is known for the same problems.
Other shops are much better, but in fact, even if I'm french, I should say I never encounter such a problem ordering in UK, Germany, Poland or other countries.
