"Breaking the Hindenburg Line" painted by Captain William Frederick Longstaff

I enclose an image of the item. Does anyone happen to know which tank battalion(s) and infantry regiments it represents? It is supposedly a depiction of events on Sep 29th, 1918. Both British- and U.S.-crewed tanks took part, but Longstaff was Australian born, moved to England, and enlisted with the AIF in 1915. That leads me to suspect that he might have chosen an Oz outfit to feature in his painting. I haven't been able to dig anything up so far.

(BTW, condolences to our Australian friends on the loss of R. Benaud. He gave me 20 mins of his valuable time during a wash-out at Old Trafford, and could not have been more charming, helpful, informative, amusing, and kind.)
