In an idle moment I googled the above, expecting the usual "out of print" result. To my surprise, it seems that new copies are available. That's the way it looks. I've just ordered a new copy for £15, so we'll see what happens.
It's published by Manchester University Press. You might recall that I asked them some time ago if they would consider a re-issue, because it has been very scarce for many years. They just said, "Perhaps." I'll send them a message asking what's going on.

If anyone visits other relevant forums, they might like to pass the news on. A definite bonus is that its rarity value has been greatly reduced, and it's now available for 10% of what was being asked for it previously.
