This is as far as I have got so far for maximums. Working on France and Germany at the moment.

Left to right I made maximum dimension (orange) for English railways, Red is Scottish railways and the Pink is the maximum Russian size (but on the 4'8.25" track not Russian track) and the forth image is all of them overlayed.

Once I've done France and Germany I'll make some rough tank and car templates to insert into these.
