Landships II appears to be down - I can't get a connection even using the IP address of the server.

No idea what the problem is or how long it will take to resolve.

Edit: that's bizarre - the website is down in the Netherlands and the USA but up in Japan, UK and Germany (notopening.com)

Landships II seems to be ok this morning in Oz. notopening.com says the site is still inaccessible from the US and the Netherlands.

Could be a routing/DNS problem - the details of how that stuff works can make quantum mechanics look easy.
