I make this model straight from the box because I have a little time to spent on modelling.
This Masterbox kit is very nice and easy to build. Only one problem is that te tracks made of vinyl are very difficult to paint,This little diorama shoWs the MK II tank "Lusitania" driving thru the Nomansland to the front.
I have to end this diorama with some soldiers walking on the side of this MK II, but that should be for another time.
So that's it for today, I hope you understand my english (from belgium) which is not to good.

Hello Willem. To make the mud, I use: Vallejo Sandy paste 26.215 that I mix with pigments 7109 (natural humber) + 73104(light sienna) or 73102(light Yellow ochre) you have also to ad a few drops of water to the mix to prevent fast drying. Apply and let dry. Other possibility is to mix the sandy paste with acrylic colors, I also use Vallejo but I think other acrylic brands does it also. The mix with colors gives you more possibilities. Apply and let dry. The next day to give a good relief, apply a darker wash on the mud and after drying a weathering with a dry brush of a lighter color upon the all surface. At the end varnish the mud surface with matt varnish.
So I hope I give you the information you want willem.
happy modeling.
