Hello friends,

a long time ago I visit and used this forum. The reason was I created a lot of modern tanks...sooorry wink

But now I want to start some new projects of the Great war. There will be a Mark I , Mark IV , Austin Mk III, A7V and  FT-17. You will not believe, but I got a lot insperation by playing Battlefield 1 on Playstation biggrin...

So today I got FlyHawks kit of FT-17 (Cast Turret). A very nice kit, but I have one problem. I can`t find any information about unit and area, which were this FT-17s used. I hope, you can help me to bring lambency in my ignorance...

I have tried for three hours but can only find basic information on english language websites. I too would like to know this history.
I hope it does not stop your modelling !

The Renault light tank is the Renault FT.

The coloured ace on the rear of the tank is a post-war marking. The WW1 markings were black aces on a white background.

See the Renault FT article in Landships II (landships.info).
