Wanting to paint a Mk.IV Tadpole in its factory colour of battleship grey. Is there any info as to which shade of grey this would be? Would like to assume it would be standard RN grey of that period?

My standard advice to anyone concerning shades of colours for tanks of this period, is to do what you think best and if anyone challenges you ask them to prove they know better than you. Chances are that any criticism will just be bluster because no one knows for sure.
