The top picture is a plan for a proposed crane/recovery vehicle on an A7V chassis. IIRC it's in Hundleby/Strasheim's first book. Not connected with the K-Wagen.
I hadn't seen the bottom one before, but it seems to be the instructions for assembling the K-Wagen once it has been railed to the Front in sections.
