I never had seen fascines in or better after use. The only photos I know are those attached on the Tank, either for transport, or ready to use. Do you maybe have photos about them after use, means in a trench? Or even in training purpose?
I wonder, how the following tank could cross them, according to the bad view of the commander/ drivers position? They weren't that wide to give many tolerance.
It's written that they (fascines) were not used that often, but why did they improve it then in form of the "cribs"?
There must be sources on it, somewhere, somehow?
