On the Facebook thread, CSM proffer the height of the thing as being 9+ inches / 25cm tall, which excites one responder into assuming it will be 1/35.
I, for one, will be interested to see how they tackle the issue of wiring in the wheel spokes. They went for styrene spokes on the Lanchester for a simpler 'almost scale' solution. Clearly styrene would never be durable enough for such wheels as this tank has though so 'what'? - several packs of albion alloys brass rod, preformed spokes with bent ends to hook / sandwich into a glued hub / rim? It is going to be worth tuning in for.

In the past I have tried to scratchbuild this tank with plastic card in 1/35 with the cardboard drawings as base
The structure was not a problem ... but it went wrong with the big wheels .....
I tried metal spokes ( the green metal rods that florists use) ...didn’t work , also made a kind of jig and used wire for the spokes ....didn’t work either....🤨

The wheels on the cardmodel Lebedenko are doable and seem to work although it's a very tedious build. The spokes on my build were of 0.8mm annealed copper wire.
The hubs on the original Lebedenko were pretty massive things with the spokes being attached on the end caps of the hubs. The wheel rims were a T-section. On the cardmodel
the spokes are fed through a 1mm hole drilled in the central rib of the rim and then folded over and glued down with Gel CA. The card wheel jig comes with the model (attached).
