This might be irrelevant, but this plaque is on the rear ot the Saint-Chamond at Saumur. I don't think there's anything Jewish about it, I suspect the star is just a design that people liked, Berthier amongst them. There are also swastikas carried as decoration and nothing to do with WWII.
