Image caption said it was operated along the coast of Essex. 

Strange paint scheme - I'll leave it up to the denizens of the forum to make of it what you will.

This has been on here before landships.activeboard.com/t62859895/tank-joy-rides-southend-on-sea-1920/

As the title suggests, it is Southend in 1920 near the Kursaal. This image is the only one with the distinctive camouflage, suggesting either that it was added later or a second tank was bought in to cater for the crowds.
