Most repositories of 3D models want to charge for them. recently found a free repository (RIGModels) which has some interesting WW1 3D models.
I've looked at few of them in Meshlab and they seem much better than small scale wargaming models.

I have the MkIV in MS 3D Builder right now, trying to fix errors.
Well, it says it has fixed it, but it looks worse.
Judging from the way the downloads happen it looks like there's a conversion between formats on the fly. I can't use the MS tool
(Mac user) but Meshlab works just fine with .stl files. I only had a brief look at the Mark IV file since I was more interested in the artillery
models which seem to be OK.
Hoi Charlie,
Great site, thanks for sharing! It has some very nice WW1 figures as well.
With kind regards,
-Arie.
