Identify film and dummy FT?

Here's a still from from this short film I stumbled across:

I've never come across this before. It seems to be a mock-up film of an anti-tank crew firing at a dummy Renault FT. The tracks look similar to those on the mock-up FT in Westfront 1918. I don't know if this is a training film or a work of fiction. Anyone recognise it?
