  ... buying the weapon depends on where you reside.  If you live in a socialist state it's highly unlikely.  On the other hand, if you live in America, an adult, and have no criminal record,  you can make the purchase.  It would be a "red book" item according to USA federal law, and can be obtained for private ownership via a number of firearm importer dealerships.

Webley Mark III to Mark V revolvers at a very reasonable price at:

Buying a weapon is not an easy task. If you live in a country where these types of things are legal then you can buy it easily otherwise its very difficult. If police caught you when you have a weapon then they fill a case against you. If you stuck in this type of situation then you need to hire a criminal lawyer. He will file your case in the court and then you will get bail from Police.
