Guess the colours

I don't know if the censor has blanked out the numbers. The blanking stops very neatly at the arm of the centre painter at two points. It may be that the numbers have been masked to keep them clean.

Looks like there might be as many as four colours, but what they would be I can't tell; maybe two greens and two khaki shades but that's just a guess.

Possibly but the white is dead white not shaded at all , compare it with the white of the striping on the front horn. You'd get exactly this effect by putting a piece of tape or blak paint on the negative.

I think you might be right about it being blanked out. It's odd how it's been carefully shaped to conform to the painters arm, but the line of rivets should be visible through the front two columns.

The Mk.V in the attached photo seems to have been given a "pseudo-Solomon" paint job for a staged re-enactment of the first tank attack.
