More 1/87 Kits

To go with the Burstyn Tank and odd Little Willie/Lincoln Machine Number 1 kits.

From World Tanks Depot.

A Schneider CA:

A Medium Mark A (Whippet)

A Tank Mark IV male

A Renault FT male

And the ubiquitous A7V

And from Wespe Models, two versions of Renault FT:

Thanks PDA. I like 1/87 so it is good to see some well done kits in this scale.

I was just about to compliment the website on helpfully and correctly illustrating by means of little flags the various countries with which the Tanks saw service . . . until I noticed their A7V has a Polish flag next to it.

1/87...that's HO model railway again. May be these pictures are some inspiration for a diorama. I don't think it's too difficult to find a flat car from that era.

best regards, Kieffer

Hi the world tanks are I think ready assembled and painted maybe its possible to buy them as kits as well, unfortunatly the shop doesnt work for some time now if it ever did? otherwise I would have bought the Schnieder CA1...
I just figured out why the Wespe models FT doesnt look right to me the front wheel is rather higher then it should be, seen these on ebays...

World Tanks depot no sale....
Thought I'd search the web for these it seems World tanks is a failed venture the web page is probarbly just a left over its dated 2006 and still under construction....

I have however seen a very nice looking 1/87 A7V from "Wiking" I think fairly recently...

Cheerswink

What?! We're not MADE of money!
Sorry, uhh, next time a sudden cash influx comes in (after Chistmas) I might buy the very nice looking A7V.

New? Yes; it appears that World tank Depot have ceased to be. They are late; as in 'The late World Tanks Depot'.

Yeah. I have noticed. Too bad that the die-cast offers are so limited. I used to be interested in modelling, but I don't have any talent for it and I always produced messy models - even worse than 10$ mass produced die-casts, so they are only way for me to get anything decent.
