PSR have them at 25,5 mm height, I measured about 26 mm (excl. caps). I do not see how they can be mixed with HäT's or other 1/72 figures.
Maybe they can't be mixed, but you do get a lot of "arms holding rifles". So if you are looking for those you are in luck.
And, who isn't looking for arms; I might buy a few boxes just for those finely sculpted "arms holding rifles" and then sell the arms on ebay...

The machine gun and crew are excellent, as are the rifles, as is nearly everything - except for the size.
That's why I am so disappointed with this set. We are not exactly spoiled when it comes to well-sculpted 1900-1921 Russians in 1/72.
