Airfix's ruined buildings

Just had these from Tom Cole and I thought you would like to see them.I have bought some but I haven't seen them "painted up" or used for a dio. They look really good.

Not sure WW2 buildings damage is passable for WW1 ? But nice work just the same

 Just found this photo of British troops on patrol in Cambrai (allegedly). I think the damage to the buildings looks about equal to the damaged buildings of WW2. What do you think?

On a side note, it also shows the kit off rather well.

I agree with you on the damage; going by memory, I think pics of Ypres and Bapaume(?) show early to middle stages of a building's destruction to look much the same as the cities of WW2.

 Sure it was more horrible, even worse for smal towns near the trench lines
