I've been following you for some months and decided to join you at last. Sorry for the delay...
I began modelling long ago, firstly I did plastic 1/72 Esci, Fujimi and the like, then turned to scratching my own plastic rareties (mostly Soviet and French interwars) until I had to quit modelling due to allergic reaction to plastic glues.
Then a few years ago I discovered paper modelling, and back to work again!
Can`t guess how my post went berserk through the threads of the forum, but finally I found it. Now that it's firmly sewn to the soles of my feet, I hope this post introduces me at last (hope doesn`t migrate again!)
Clifton's models are superb, in fact I came to this site searching for more models from him. The first ones I downloaded from a website I located through a papermodelers website (Iceberg); there was a Spanish version for the Ft17 (used in the Rif war 1922/27) and one German MkIV(Lissy) no longer available.
Also my gratitude and congratulations go to Perry's models, I found his landships first at papermodelers.com, and they are really challenging with some 250+ pieces in the MkII!
I'll try to convert some of my plastic projects to paper models, unfortunately I keep drawing with rule and pencil :( but I hope I'll manage to redraw something fit to assemble from the blueprints of my renaultD2, T-35, Vickers MkVIb, etc..
More soon. Next post will go to it's propper thread.
Pablo.

Caught in the system, now released. You need to log-in to post direct to the forum. Sometimes your internet connection might drop out while you're working on the post, then re-establish itself - which might explain the occasional unexpected "Anonymous" attribution. Post moved to "Modelling".
