What is a Rivet Stumper?

Hasegawa have made a "Rivet Stumper"

http://www.modelhobbies.co.uk/shop/hasegawa-tool-rivet-stumper-025mm-tt34-p-45211.html

Is that some technical term for some tool, or is it a mistranslation and actually this is a rivet stamper?

Could this tool help us modelmakers with rivets in 1/72?

It appears to be a misprint of stamper. Furthermore it appears to be for stamping flush rivets, the sort you get on aircraft:

I can't see it being much use for the type of protruding rivets you get on AFVs.
