Nice! BTW do you have any picture of how the "IMPERATOR" lettering is? I might try to retrieve it with Photoshop and send you a JPG... then you can print it from decal stock. If it's white, well you're on a pickle! (there used to be some printers named ALPS that printed with white inks, a few years ago...)
Wondering about the decals. You can get decal paper that fits in a regular printer. If you made the letters in a very, very pale yellow, would that work?
You could always give Black lion decals a shout. Michel Boer did an excellent job on the decals I requested once to finish a Revell Fokker triplane up to look like Werner Vosses.
