I think the Landships II articles will be more problematic to copy compared to the original Landships. I'm not saying the pages are impossible to copy but it would take a fair bit of work to recreate the pages - the Patriotfiles guy doesn't strike me as someone who will put in that sort of effort. Also most of the pages have authors and editors declared explicitly so any copying will result in a DMCA notice to take down.

You should whack the Patriotfiles guy with a DMCA notice asserting your rights as the author of the article. I think the template for a takedown notice is on one of the old threads about Patriotfiles.
patriotfiles.com seems to be unavailable at the moment. No cause for excitement - it shares hosting with some 55 other sites which are similarly affected. One of its four nameservers is down too, but again those are shared with other sites (even more, 220 of them) and anyway that wouldn't be enough to punt them offline. They'll be back.

It would be pretty pointless having another go. He'll delete the post before enough people see it. I think the best way would be hitting him with a DMCA as CharlieC suggested.
He has admitted to reading this forum (why he doesn't join in, is beyond me), and he clearly reads Landships, so just post the list of articles he has stolen and see what he does.
Previously, he has removed the articles where I posted a takedown notice, although he did get p**sy about it.

I would think he doesn't join in because he's afraid he'd get the same reception he gives to anyone that points out that he just steals his articles.

Yeah, classic projection drivers in play, I think you're probably right. It's the only way some people can live with themselves.
